A panel on your own wall, in the real finish and colour. It stays with you until you have decided. Nothing is agreed before that.
Preparation to protection, every part on its own line, in writing. Once signed, it is the number.
Floors and joinery covered, dust controlled, coats built up and burnished to the sample. Cleaned down at the end of every day.
Snags walked, aftercare explained, and a surface that improves with age. We stay reachable.
Marble dust in aged lime, burnished until it shines like stone. The finish most people mean by Venetian plaster.
Coarser marble in the mix, finished matt or with a low sheen. Forgiving on a long wall and better with age.
Thin, seamless and sealed. Over tiles, on floors, in wet rooms. The modern one.
Moroccan lime, polished with a stone and sealed with soap. One continuous surface, which is why it suits showers.
Brushed lime, chalky and cloudy, with almost no sheen. The softest of the six.
Real metal in a plaster binder. It tarnishes and patinates the way metal does. Bronze, brass, copper, iron.
We work across Surrey: Guildford, Weybridge, Cobham, Esher, Oxshott and the private estates around them, which hold some of the largest detached houses in the country. Much of what we do here is a whole-house refurbishment rather than a single wall: the entrance hall, the stairwell, the principal bedroom and a bathroom, planned as one scheme with an architect or interior designer in the middle of it.
Large houses mean large walls, and polished plaster across a double-height hall is the thing it does best. Bathrooms in these houses are often the size of a London flat, which is where our Tadelakt and microcement come into their own. Most of the stock is modern enough that substrate is rarely the problem; programme and coordination with the other trades is.
