Stage 1: Consultation and Quotation

Stage 2: Sample Creation
Once you’re happy with the design direction, we create three bespoke samples tailored to your preferences. This service comes with a £100 fee, allowing you to touch and see the luxurious finishes before making a decision. If you choose to proceed, the sample fee is deducted from the total project cost.
Stage 3: Decision Time
Should you decide not to continue, the £100 covers the cost of the bespoke samples. However, if you proceed with the project, this fee will be seamlessly deducted from your final invoice. Your satisfaction and confidence in our designs are our top priorities.
Stage 4: Deposit and Project Initiation
To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit of the quoted price. Once confirmed, we schedule your project start date and begin the transformation of your walls. Payments are made in stages:
- 50% payment at the halfway point,
- 75% payment when three-quarters complete,
- The final payment upon completion.
Stage 5: Completion and Certification
Upon completion, you’ll have walls that radiate sophistication and style. We ensure every detail is flawless, leaving you with a space that exceeds your expectations.
You’ll also receive:
- A certificate of completion that includes a three-month insurance guarantee for your peace of mind.
- A detailed invoice for your records.
